Account & Registration

Any individual who aged 18 and above and have an active Malaysia phone number are eligible to register a gengcuci account. You must register under your own name — third-party accounts are not permitted. Each individual may only hold one active account. Users who have previously self-excluded from the platform are not eligible to re-register.

Basic registration takes approximately 2 minutes. KYC verification (upload MyKad and selfie) is typically completed within 15 minutes to 1 hour depends on the quality of the uploaded documents. Make sure your MyKad photo is clear and all details are readable. Once KYC is verified, your account will be fully activated and you can make your first deposit.

Username is permanent and cannot be changed after registration — choose carefully when signing up. Phone number can be updated via the account settings section, but requires additional identity verification. Contact gengcuci support for assistance with changing your phone number securely.

Use the "Forgot Password" on the Login. Enter your registered phone number or email, and a reset link will be sent to you. This link is valid for 30 minutes and can only be used once. If you no longer have access to your original phone number or email, contact GengCuci 24/7 support for account recovery assistance via alternative identity verification.

An account may be temporarily suspended for several reasons: KYC verification is incomplete, suspicious activity requiring a review, a breach of terms of use, or a self-exclusion request by the account holder. If your account has been suspended without your knowledge, contact GengCuci support immediately with proof of identity so we can investigate and resolve it promptly.

First, check whether the transaction has been successfully deducted from your bank account or eWallet. If so, save the transaction proof (reference number, screenshot). GengCuci deposits are usually processed in real time, but occasional bank delays of up to 5–10 minutes can occur. If the deposit still hasn't arrived after 15 minutes and you have valid transaction proof, contact GengCuci support via 24/7 live chat and provide the transaction reference number for us to check.

No — gengcuci does not charge any processing fees for deposits. You only need to ensure there are no fees imposed by your own bank or payment platform (e.g. FPX charges from your bank). If any apply, they are charged by your bank and not by gengcuci.
Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawal processing time depends on your VIP level:
  • Regular Member: 15–30 minutes
  • Silver VIP: 10–20 minutes
  • Gold VIP: 5–15 minutes
  • Platinum VIP: 3–10 minutes
  • Diamond VIP: 3–5 minutes

The minimum withdrawal amount at GengCuci is RM30 for all methods. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is RM50,000 for regular members and up to RM200,000 for Diamond VIP members. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or eWallet registered under the same name as your gengcuci account.

A withdrawal request may be rejected for several reasons:
  • KYC incomplete or identity document not verified
  • Bonus rollover requirement not yet met
  • The registered bank account number does not match the GengCuci account name
  • Insufficient balance after commission or fee deductions
  • Daily withdrawal limit exceeded
