0 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to gengcuci. This website, including all services, games, and features available on it, is operated by gengcuci ("we", "Platform", or "gengcuci"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the gengcuci platform, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using the gengcuci platform immediately. Continued use of the platform after any amendments to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

1 User Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the gengcuci platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years of age. GengCuci does not permit underage individuals to use the platform under any circumstances.
• One account only: Each individual is only permitted to hold one active gengcuci account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are considered fraudulent and will result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. False information may result in account suspension or closure.
• Non-citizens or residents of restricted regions: Registration from countries or regions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted. Responsibility for compliance with local laws rests with the user.
• Mental health: You confirm that you are not currently enrolled in a self-exclusion program on any other gambling platform.

GengCuci reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time. The KYC process includes verification of identification, proof of address, and the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC within the specified period may result in account suspension until the process is completed.

2 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Deposit

GengCuci accepts deposits via a wide range of Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, MAE, ShopeePay, and local bank transfers. All deposits are processed in real time. GengCuci does not charge processing fees for deposits; however, your bank or eWallet provider may apply their own charges.

• Minimum deposit: RM10 (subject to the selected payment method).
• Daily maximum deposit limits are subject to account level and GengCuci's internal policies.
• All deposits must come from a legitimate source and be made in the name of the registered user only.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.

Withdrawal

GengCuci processes withdrawal requests based on the player's VIP level. Estimated processing times are as follows:

• Regular Member: 30–60 minutes
• Silver VIP: 15–30 minutes
• Gold VIP: 10–20 minutes
• Platinum VIP: 5–10 minutes
• Diamond VIP: Instant to 3 minutes

All withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or eWallet used for the deposit. gengcuci reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving withdrawals that exceed a certain threshold as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.

3 Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

GengCuci offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus offer has its own terms and conditions, clearly stated on the relevant promotions page. The following general principles apply to all GengCuci bonuses:

• One active bonus at a time: Players may not claim two bonuses simultaneously unless otherwise stated.
• Rollover requirement: Most deposit bonuses are subject to rollover requirements of between 5x and 20x depending on the promotion type. The exact rollover requirement is stated in each offer.
• Had wagering while bonus is active: While a bonus is active, a single bet may not exceed the set limit to avoid bonus cancellation.
• Bonus validity period: All bonuses have a validity period that must be met. Unused bonuses will expire automatically once the validity period ends.
• VIP Cashback: Automatically credited every Monday with no additional rollover requirements for Platinum and Diamond members.

GengCuci reserves the right to cancel bonuses or adjust promotions at any time for internal reasons. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including using multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in bonus cancellation and possible account closure.

4 Game Rules & User Conduct

All gengcuci players are required to comply with fair play rules and good user conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gengcuci platform:

1. Use of automated software (bots), arbitrage tools, or any third-party program that provides an unfair advantage.
2. Player collusion in live games to cheat other players or the platform.
3. Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources for any transaction on gengcuci.
4. Registering or using an account on behalf of another individual, including family members.
5. Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit technical vulnerabilities of the gengcuci platform.
6. Spreading false or misleading information about gengcuci to other users or on social media platforms.

5 Account Security & Data Protection

You are fully responsible for the security of your GengCuci account username and password. GengCuci recommends the following steps to protect your account:

• Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account settings.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account when using a shared device.
• Contact gengcuci support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

GengCuci uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Your personal data is handled in accordance with GengCuci Privacy Policy which is a separate document and should be read together with these terms.

GengCuci will never ask for your account password via email, live chat, or phone. Any communication claiming to be from GengCuci that requests your password is fraudulent — please report it to our support team immediately.

6 Platform Liability Limits

GengCuci provides the online gaming platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors, interruptions, or technical faults. However, GengCuci is committed to resolving any technical issues promptly and transparently.

• GengCuci is not liable for losses arising from internet disruptions, device failures, or technical issues beyond our control.
• In the event of a system failure during an active game, GengCuci will review server records and restore balances based on verified data.
• GengCuci is not responsible for fair and random game outcomes — all games use independently verified RNG.
• Any indirect damages, loss of profit, or punitive losses will not be borne by gengcuci.

7 Responsible Gaming

GengCuci takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity. Players can access all these self-control tools directly from their account settings:

• Had deposit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits according to your budget.

8 Amendments, Termination & Governing Law

GengCuci reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• At the request of a competent authority.
• At the user's own request.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the relevant jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved internally will be referred to a mutually agreed tribunal or alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body.
